Occupational Therapist

An Occupational Therapist can help when you’re finding it hard to do everyday things because of your health.

What they do for you:

  • They talk with you about what you want to do each day, like getting dressed, cooking, or getting around.
  • They help you find ways to do things more easily and safely. This might mean showing you new ways to move or suggesting helpful equipment for your home for example.
  • They help you live more independently and do the things that matter to you.
  • It’s all about helping you manage your daily tasks and improve your well-being at home and in your life.

They help you overcome problems so you can get back to living your life fully. This is called occupational therapy.
